1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between afb88my ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") and each individual who registers an account, accesses, browses, or uses any service, game, or feature available on the afb88my platform at the domain afb88my.cam ("you", "the Player", "the User").

afb88my operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under a valid international gaming licence. The Platform provides access to a range of casino games, live dealer experiences, sports betting markets, and promotional offers to eligible players. The Operator's principal service area is Malaysia, with players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions of Malaysia welcome to register, subject to eligibility requirements set out in Section 4.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the Operator and the Player. In the event of conflict between documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the Platform, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by using any service offered by afb88my, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use any service provided by the Platform.

This Agreement is binding from the moment of registration completion. afb88my reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the afb88my Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. afb88my operates as an adults-only platform and strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable international gaming standards.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the afb88my Platform or had an account terminated for cause.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of afb88my or any of its affiliated entities or licensed game studios.
• You are acting in good faith and for personal entertainment purposes only, and are not engaged in any form of match-fixing, advantage play abuse, or coordinated bonus exploitation.

5 Registration & KYC Verification

5.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (MyKad or passport), date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You may not use a pseudonym, another person's details, or fictitious information during registration.

5.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be closed, and all funds and bonuses associated with duplicate registrations will be voided. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact our support team immediately.

5.3 KYC Documentation

afb88my reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Documents that may be requested include:

• A copy of the Player's Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement);
• A selfie or live photo of the Player holding their identity document, if requested.

Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe communicated by the afb88my compliance team may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Withdrawal processing will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share, transfer, or disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

afb88my strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. We will never contact you unsolicited to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from afb88my that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify afb88my promptly at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. afb88my shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from the Player's failure to take adequate security precautions.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

afb88my accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The Operator reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods without prior notice.

7.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; the standard minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallets and RM50 for bank transfers and FPX. Maximum deposit limits are set at the payment provider level and may additionally be restricted by afb88my's responsible gambling controls or account-level limits.

Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. afb88my is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment systems, banking infrastructure, or national payment network maintenance windows.

7.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, subject to the limitations of that payment channel. The Operator reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before approving withdrawal requests exceeding stated thresholds. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow / e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically within 5 minutes of approval
• FPX / bank transfer: Typically within 15–30 minutes of approval
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): Subject to network confirmation times

The Operator reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.

7.4 Currency

All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied by afb88my for MYR-denominated transactions. Players depositing via non-MYR methods (e.g., foreign credit cards) may be subject to conversion rates and fees applied by their issuing institution.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

afb88my offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload offers, free spins equivalents, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and time limits.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 20× wagering requirement requires the Player to wager a total of RM2,000 on eligible games before any funds derived from that bonus become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game category; slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

afb88my employs advanced detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion between accounts, arbitrage betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion more than once. Players found to be engaging in such conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

9 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the afb88my Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published within the game interface or the sports betting module. By placing a bet, the Player confirms acceptance of the applicable rules for that game or event.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed interruption that affects the outcome or display of any game or betting market, afb88my reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's account balance. The Operator's decision on the application of this clause is final.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the respective game interface. afb88my reserves the right to modify betting limits for individual accounts where irregularities in betting patterns are identified.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Players are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the afb88my Platform:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent KYC process;
2. Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform;
3. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of location concealment;
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures;
5. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
6. Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider trading, or any other manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes;
7. Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing afb88my staff or other players via any communication channel;
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying source code or security infrastructure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the afb88my Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and audio-visual material, is the exclusive property of afb88my or its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting the Player any licence, right, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to afb88my.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any afb88my content without the prior written consent of the Operator. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property law and may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings.

12 Limitation of Liability

The afb88my Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, afb88my disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

afb88my shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any technical failure, interruption, or delay in Platform availability; (c) unauthorised access to or alteration of the Player's account or data; or (d) any loss or damage caused by events beyond afb88my's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory actions.

In any event, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the six-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

afb88my is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from within the account settings interface:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session time reminders and enforced session length caps are available.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform upon request. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

afb88my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of the Platform;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request in respect of any deposit;
• Identification of a duplicate account;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure;
• The Player's own request for self-exclusion or permanent account closure.

Upon termination for cause, afb88my may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination results from confirmed fraudulent conduct, all funds in the account may be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by the Player for reasons unrelated to a breach, Real Money Funds remaining in the account balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method following satisfactory KYC completion.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any disputes arising in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which afb88my holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this clause shall limit afb88my's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute relating to any game outcome, transaction, or account decision, the Player must submit a written complaint to afb88my's support team in the first instance. afb88my undertakes to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under afb88my's gaming licence.

Records held by afb88my's system logs shall be the definitive record of all transactions, wagers, outcomes, and account activity for the purposes of any dispute, subject to any manifest error.
